**Epic Plus apartment 63 / 64:** The apartment is available as we speak. The rental amount is 3000 euro. This is a two bedroom apartment, so we can accommodate two tenants (students) in the unit. The rent would then be 1500 euros per person. The contract is valid for 12 months. Once the contract comes to an end, you will have to move out, as we will not be able to accommodate you in the building any longerPlease take the below into consideration:Taxes are your responsibility to pay.
