Per 1 mei, in overleg mogelijk eerder, komt er in ons mooie, ruime appartement van 100m² een kamer vrij! De huurprijs is **€850 inclusief** en er is geen borg nodig bij het intrekken. Er wordt wel een inkomenseis van **€2400 bruto per maand** gevraagd en **registratie is niet mogelijk**.## **De kamer**De kamer zelf is zo’n 10m² groot, ruim genoeg om een tweepersoonsbed, bureau en kasten kwijt te kunnen. Daarnaast is het enorm goed geïsoleerd, dus geen last van de buren. Ook staat er vrijwel geen zon op je raam te schijnen, dus ook in de zomer is het koel.## **De buurt**Het appartement is gelegen in de **Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam-Zuid**. Het is hier lekker rustig, maar tegelijkertijd is er genoeg leven in de brouwerij. Aan het eind van de straat vind je de Amstel met mooie uitzichtpunten en parkjes. Verder is het **Amstel Station** op loopafstand en vind je binnen 200 meter de **Rijnstraat** met veel winkels, eettentjes en alle andere benodigdheden. Binnen 10 minuten fietsen ben je in de Pijp en met 20 minuten op het Centraal Station.## **Het appartement**Het appartement zelf is groot en heeft veel licht. Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals:* Ruime berging* Wasmachine & vaatwasser* Oven* Opberghok* Moderne badkamer* Een chille hoekbank* Klassieke piano* Balkon## **Je huisgenoten**Je zal het huis delen met 2 mannelijke huisgenoten (**Jordy, 29** en **Guðjon, 31 jaar**). We vinden het leuk om samen dingen te ondernemen binnen- en buitenshuis. Thuis spelen we graag een spelletje, drinken we een borreltje, koken en eten we samen als het uitkomt, draaien we een plaatje of kijken we een film/serie. Buitenshuis pakken we soms een terrasje, gaan we naar de film of naar een concert. Daarnaast hebben we ook gewoon ons eigen leven in Amsterdam en zijn er dus nergens verplichtingen.## **Wie we zoeken**We zijn op zoek naar iemand van **25+** die **full-time werkende** is. There is, however, a gross income requirement of **€2,400 per month**, and **registration is not possible**.## **The Room**The room itself is approximately 10m², which is spacious enough to fit a double bed, a desk, and wardrobes. Additionally, it is very well-insulated, so you won't be bothered by the neighbors. There is also almost no direct sunlight hitting the window, keeping it nice and cool during the summer.## **The Neighborhood**The apartment is located in the **Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam-Zuid**. It is nice and quiet here, yet there is plenty of life around. At the end of the street, you’ll find the Amstel river with beautiful viewpoints and small parks. Furthermore, **Amstel Station** is within walking distance, and within 200 meters, you’ll find the **Rijnstraat** with many shops, eateries, and all other necessities. You can cycle to De Pijp within 10 minutes and reach Central Station in 20 minutes.## **The Apartment**The apartment itself is large and has plenty of natural light. The house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as:* Spacious storage room* Washing machine & dishwasher* Oven* Storage closet* Modern bathroom* A chill corner sofa* Classic piano* Balcony## **Your Housemates**You will be sharing the house with two male housemates (**Jordy, 29** and **Guðjon, 31**). We enjoy doing things together both inside and outside the house. At home, we like to play games, have a drink, cook and eat together when it suits us, play a record, or watch a movie/series. Outside the house, we sometimes hit a terrace, go to the cinema, or attend a concert. Besides that, we simply have our own lives in Amsterdam, so there are no obligations.## **Who are we looking for?**We are looking for someone **25+** who is **working full-time**.
